Automated screen printing line for transfer

Thanks to the new DTF digital technology, the transfer market has expanded more and more into various markets from the personalization of clothing, polyester, nylon, technical fabrics, leather, aluminum, glass etc.

For the print part Ser.Tec. proposes S1 400 Auto, a high precision screen printer for automatic printing in fact the printing station is equipped with sensors for the precise positioning of the film with an accuracy of 0.05mm, a touch screen board panel with work programs, a squeegee / scraper unit equipped with a self-leveling pressure sensor to ensure a homogeneous and detailed application on the entire surface.

The printing area varies according to the model from 450 x 600mm to 1200x800mm with a production up to 1100 cycles/hour.

After printing, the new dusting system SP 650 thanks to its new dosing and cleaning technologies applies the powder glue fully automatically with a density control and recovering the excess filters it to reuse it.

The construction quality allows to keep all the glue inside the duster avoiding spills into the surrounding environment.
The speed of the carpet and the amount of dust are easily adjusted. The automatisms of the duster mean that, once started, the operator's intervention is no longer necessary to feed it.

To complete the production line, the SER AIR belt oven thanks to the new combined technology infrared / hot-cooling air dissolves the glue and the powder in a homogeneous way, fusing it with the screen printing without altering the dimensions of the film and guaranteeing a high quality automatic production process, the line can be equipped with the STACKER system for the collection and palletization of sheets.
