To send requests or orders, it is preferable to use our email contacts to receive immediate answers also from our staff who works in a "smart-working" mode.
The company instead remains closed to the public until new provisions.
Technical assistance
Send your requests to supporto@ser-tec.org and you will receive telephone and / or remote support from our staff thus trying to limit as much as possible any displacements of the technical staff given the current situation.
The shipment and receipt of goods remains active normally with certain limitations due to couriers so it is advisable to think about having a supply of inks and consumables.
Ser.Tec. was present at C! Print Lyon 2020 with the Eagle UV 70 and Eagle TX 70 2H digital printers.
At the Thermoflan stand, numerous visitors were struck by the versatility of the Eagle UV 70 demonstrated with prints on many different materials with high quality and defined details.
Excellent response from the public also for the Eagle TX 70 2H fabric printer equipped with two print heads. The printer impressed with the speed of printing and quality on both light and dark garments.

Started his commercial career at Eastman Kodak Company as sales manager for the northern Italy financial market he continued in companies like Unilink, Roland DG, Bompan etc etc gaining 25 years of experience in the sale of digital systems for the world of visual communication and in industrial applications as Sales manager and Sales Director with responsibility both national and international markets.
His experience combined whit our dynamism will be the key to face new challenges and new projects.
