La tecnologia UV Led utilizza inchiostri sviluppati appositamente per iniziare la polimerizzazione con la luce ultravioletta e non con il calore, allargando il campo di applicazione a tutti i materiali termosensibili che altrimenti non sarebbe possibile stampare. Le stampanti UV Led Ser.Tec. hanno 2 lampade UV Led posizionate ai lati della testa grazie alle quali la polimerizzazione inizia già in fase di stampa con il materiale subito pronto all'uso senza ulteriori attese o lavorazioni.
Le soluzioni di stampa Ser.Tec. possono essere acquistate con credito d’imposta fino all'85% o con la formula del noleggio operativo a partire da 499,00€ al mese.
La gamma di macchine tampografiche Morlock, distribuite in esclusiva da Ser.Tec. per l'Italia, comprende soluzioni per tutte le esigenze di produzione.
La gamma infatti parte da macchine a singolo colore come le macchine della linea MPE o MSE, che non necessita di aria compressa, e possono arrivare alla velocità di 1200 e 3600 cicli ora.
Le soluzioni si stampa a più colori invece sono presenti nella linea MTE da 2 colori e la linea MKM che può gestire fino a 4 colori.
La linea MTE comprende anche la macchina MTE 125 Long Slide che si differenzia per l'ampia area di stampa fino a 300x90mm con tabella angolare regolabile in altezza, una regolazione del cliché (regolazioni dell’angolo X-Y) e un adattamento della pressione di stampa regolabile.

Grazie ai tre pallet anche se la stampante ho un elevato volume di produzione è necessario solo un operatore per gestire comodamente il carico e scarico delle magliette e mantenere la produzione oraria leader del settore.

At the Thermoflan stand, numerous visitors were struck by the versatility of the Eagle UV 70 demonstrated with prints on many different materials with high quality and defined details.
Excellent response from the public also for the Eagle TX 70 2H fabric printer equipped with two print heads. The printer impressed with the speed of printing and quality on both light and dark garments.
