The integration between screen printing and digital printing allows to increase the versatility and the type of products offered by the company.
In fact, it is possible to create prints with various colors without having to develop and align a large number of screen.
With Digiscreen S and it's ability to integrate into screen printing carousel of any manufacturer and format, it is possible to print the white base in screen printing and the colored digitally, or apply typically screen printing effects such as flock, foil and glitter to prints made with digital technology, all with a single piece of equipment!
Moreover, thanks to the white base printed in screen printing Digiscreen S can be used on all those materials typical of screen printing such as lycra, silk, viscose, leather, denim etc.
To ensure photographic quality and high productivity, the Digiscreen S digital printer is equipped with Ricoh Gen 5 industrial print heads, from 2 to 8 depending on the configuration with a productivity of up to 200 pieces per hour.
The operation of the printer is very simple thanks to the touch screen control panel placed near the machine with all the functions easily accessible.
Digiscreen S is avaible in two models, Digiscreen S 70 with printer area 50x70cm and Digiscreen S 100 with printer area 50x100cm.
