Primer Carousel

Primer Carousel is the solution for pre-treating garments when using a hybrid digital and screen printing technique.
Primer Carousel is in fact designed to integrate into any screen printing carousel and to be completely automatic with no need for operator intervention after the initial configuration.

From the touch screen panel it is possible to simply set all the parameters: from the area to be pre-treated to the quantity of primer to be dispensed.

The 5 precision nozzles prime the fabric in seconds and uniformly from the first to the last garment treated.

To guarantee high autonomy, Primer Carousel houses an 18-litre primer container with a pressurized circuit to ensure the absence of air bubbles.

After use, the washing system allows you to completely wash the circuit and nozzles in a few minutes, preventing the primer from clogging them.
