Ser.Tec. group at Fespa Berlin
Ser.Tec. group will participate in Fespa Berlin 2022 where it will present numerous innovations at stand A72 in hall 27 .
At Fespa Berlin will be presented the new line of Eagle UV printers with industrial Ricoh Gen 5 printheads which guarantee greater print speed and quality.Built with a modular design, the new generation Eagle UV allows you to configure the heads according to the color configuration and speed required.
The machine's touch screen control panel has been completely redesigned to include new features and be more intuitive.
Another novelty equipped with Ricoh Gen5 heads that will be presented at Fespa is the new Digiscreen Evo.
This machine for printing on fabrics and finished garments include an automation for handling the garments to be printed at the two printing and drying stations.
The two printing stations are composed of Digiscreen S printers, one for white print and one for color print.
To ensure greater quality, after the printing stations there are drying stations, thus printing the color on a more ready base and also after color print to give a pre-drying before the final drying in the oven.
In order to further automate the production cycle, a station is provided for the pre-treatment of the garments integrated in the automation system.
At Ser.Tec. stand there will also be printers with the increasingly requested DTF technology.
At Fespa there will be the printing lines DTF 300 and DTF 400 for printing film in rolls of 30cm. DTF 300 is equipped with dual printhead spaced apart to avoid mixing between white and color ink allowing for faster printing speeds.
Both lines include a duster with oven and rewinder for automatic production.
To manage prints on both lines there will be the latest version of professional rip software WhiteRIP 8 DTF Edition.
