Digiscreen Evo

Digiscreen EVO is the new solution of Ser.Tec. for digital printing in large volumes.

Digiscreen EVO consist of an automation for the handling of the garment to be printed at two printing and drying stations.

The two printing station consist of Digiscreen S printer,one for white printing and one for color printing.

The printing stations are equipped with Ricoh Gen 5 heads to ensure high productivity and photo printing quality

The modular design of the machine allows adding print heads to increase print speed.

To ensure a higher quality after the printig stations there are drying station, so going to print the color on a more ready base and after printing the color to give a pre-drying of the final drying in the oven.

In order to further automate the production cycle, there is a pre-treatment station for garments integrated into the automation system.
