Dirt separator

Closed circuit system for the treatment and water recycling under the washing of frames printing.
The water coming from the washing tank are caught in the middle of a feed pump, into the dirt separator, where the first phase of treatment occurs: water is filtered and separated from the sludge (ie, waste products) which are deposited in the mesch mineral fiber sack. Once the bag is filled, it can be replaced and its contents can be disposed according to the local laws.
In the second phase of the cycle, the water is drawn from the second charge pump and filtered by the filter cartridge fiber mesch 400.
The water then flows back into the storage tank and goes insde the screen cleaning tub, closing the loop.
After several treatments you should consider replacing the water, so the tank can be emptied. The water must be disposed as sludge.
